Terms & Conditions

1. Self-Pickup Service

1.2. Self-Pickup of membership card can be done at Catzonia branch in Johor starting March 2020 onwards



2. Appointment & Redemption

2.2. Benefits can only be redeemed at the new Catzonia outlet in Johor

2.3. Only customers who register and purchase their package(s) through our website are entitled to these discounted price benefits

2.4. All early-bird customers will be contacted by us 2 weeks before the opening/launching of our new outlet for appointment confirmation

2.5. Early-bird packages can only redeemed within the 2 weeks of launching/opening of new outlet. Any changes of appointment date to any date not within the 2 weeks of launching/opening, customer will be charged with the original price of the chosen service 

3. Services

3.2. The price RM1 in Package B & Package C is only for the second cat. First cat will be charged the original price and the second cat will be charged RM1

3.3 For Package B & Package C, both cats must show up on the same appointment date
