Terms & Conditions

1. Self-Pickup Service (Membership card)

1.2. Self-Pickup for the membership card can be done at Catzonia branch in Johor starting 31 July 2020 onwards.

1.3. If you wish to redeem the benefits of the purchased membership on the same day you want to collect the card, an appointment must be made at least 2 days prior.

2. Validity (Membership card)

2.1 Family membership is only valid for 6 month from date of purchase.

2.2 Silver membership is only valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

3. Appointment & Redemption

3.2. Benefits can only be redeemed at the new Catzonia outlet in Johor.

3.3. Only customers who register and purchase their package(s) through our website are entitled to these discounted price benefits.

3.4. All early-bird customers will be contacted by us for appointment confirmation.

3.5. Early-bird packages can only be redeemed within the 2 weeks of launching/opening of the new outlet. Any changes of the appointment date to any date which is not within the allocated period, the customer will be charged with the original price of the chosen service.
